Do you love a contest? What about a chance to win a ton of different prizes? Stop by each of the blogs for a different chance to win! Just by leaving a comment with your email, you are entered... It's as simple as that! Here's where you can find all the blogs:http://thebloghopspot.com/event-page/ Halloween is a wonderful time of year when you are a child. Basically you dress up in an outrageous costume and go door to door begging for candy. What could be better than a bag full of candy and a beautiful fall night? What was your favorite costume? When I was a child, I always wanted to be a beautiful princess. This didn’t change as I became a teenager. I wanted to be seen as attractive and sexy. I never wanted to be seen as ugly or scary. I’ve been the beautiful Indian Princess, the Sexy beach babe and the stunning mermaid. While my sisters went as the scary witch or the evil snowman, I had to be beautiful. You can say it… I was shallow. As an adult, the choices have been easier if you wanted to be noticed for your costume. The police woman in the skimpy uniform or the naughty nurse… even now a sexy big bird. It is wonderful to have so many choices but now my choices have changed. I’m always looking for something unique. There are always so many passionate princesses at each party. Now I want to be the costume that everyone talks about the next day! Whether it was the crash test dummy or the pregnant nun… I wanted people to be amazed by my creativity..Yep.. still shallow but in a different way! :) My favorite costume was one that my husband wore one year. He went as a condom machine. It actually worked. You could put a quarter in the slot and a condom would come out the bottom of the machine. What’s a better costume for a Halloween party filled with drinking! At least everyone could be safe! GIVEAWAY! Leave a comment about your favorite Halloween costume for a chance to win a $25 Itunes gift card and an ebook copy of my book- Protecting His Wolfe. You can read about it here: http://www.melissakeir.com/protecting-his-wolfe.html Who knows maybe we will all walk away with some fun Halloween costume ideas!

Just like the theater, Halloween is my outlet to allow me the chance to be creative and have fun with my imagination, we all know the costumes make it more real and you can come to life. ~ or so says my inner child. 10/26/2012 11:23:11 am
I just couldn't get into the theater this year. I really wanted to do something fun but for half a day at work??? Really??

My favorite costumes are my mother's old clothes. I've worn her old disco outfits a few times. Since I liked that so much I saved some of my old 80s and 90s clothes and my teen now wants to dress in those for Halloween. 10/26/2012 11:24:10 am
I love my mom's old clothes and wish I could fit into them. I swear she was a size two! I did wear my grandmother's wedding dress when I married. :)

I loved the ones my mom put together at the thrift store. It has become our tradition. We take my son, he even is amazed at how she let's you pick a piece you love and can build a customer around it. Last year we were all folks from the forties. 10/27/2012 02:33:26 am
The thrift store is a perfect place to get costumes! What a wonderful tradition to continue! 10/27/2012 10:23:14 am
Each year we would try to come up with something very original. The working condom machine topped them all!

My daughter would 'love' to be Ariel from "Little Mermaid". She's loved that movie since it came out in1989. Even today at 26, she's fascinated with anything "Little Mermaid'. Thanks for the giveaway. Leann [email protected] 10/28/2012 02:52:25 pm

I don't dress up for halloween but I do like doing face painting so I think I'd want to do something w/ lots of make up, like a vampire.
