Camping? Romance Guaranteed! #Cover_reveal

1/25/2021

Picture
Camping, glamping, roughing it, Holiday Inn. Each of us have a different idea of enjoying a night under the stars. Up until I was forty, you couldn't get me to sleep in a tent on the ground. I was a hotel kind of roughing it girl. When I married Mark, we found some amazing places to camp but my favorite was when we stayed in our small trailer. It was perfect! A kitchen, bed and air conditioning or heat. We always used the campground bathroom facilities and showers but having something over my head when it rained was perfect for me. I spent a lot of time on my computer working while enjoying nature so electricity was also important. A place to keep my soda cold and having water to brush my teeth.

KJ Holliday's upcoming release brought back all those fabulous camping adventures. I laughed aloud as the characters experienced the joys of roughing it.

Now Available for preorder! 10 DAYS is a wonderfully funny romance and is sure to be your new favorite.

Blurb:
A hilarious love story featuring an overdramatic city boy and an incomparable girl from the country.

In an attempt to knock out the long-awaited follow-up to his best-selling first novel, Alexander Jones lets his best friend convince him that trekking into the wilderness for a survival boot camp was the only way to get the creative juices flowing.

With the help of a detailed itinerary, Luke, and Luke's childhood friend, Penny, they’d committed 10 days to help Alex forgo his Urbanite roots and embrace the countryside.

It took a lifetime to get to the mountains where Luke and Penny had camped as kids, and only a second for Alex to know he was out of his element.

In a surprising twist of fate, it also took 10 days for him to fall in love with Penny Foster. The question was, did Penny feel the same way, and what would Luke say when he found out?

About the Author:
I started writing when I was nine years old. I was in love, it was poetry, and it was absolutely awful. I’ve always loved the written word, and at the age of thirteen I started posting short stories on various free platforms. Short stories grew to multi chapter novellas, which eventually turned to novels. Since then I’ve written hundreds of thousands of words, self-published five short stories, one novel, and am now working with Inkspell Publishing to publish two manuscripts coming early 2021.

Kisses like Fire- What if He Kissed You? #New_release

1/18/2021

Picture
Full sensation kisses. Ones where you not only can taste and feel him but you inhale and smell the breath from his nose. This is my favorite type of kiss. One that consumes you.  These kisses are best with your eyes closed, so you can experience your heightened senses.

Author, Elsa Winckler's latest release- LOVE, IN WRITING, features just such a kiss between her two main characters. It explodes off the pages and makes you want a kiss like that of your very own!

EXCERPT:
He bit her lip to gain entrance into her mouth. When she gasped, he dove in. Her arms somehow found their way around his neck as he pulled her closer. Their tongues entwined; unfamiliar sensations threatened to engulf her.

Margaret moaned. It was exactly as she’d explained in the class a little earlier. All sensation. She could feel him, taste him, hear his breath, could see him even though her eyes were closed. Slowly, she spun away and away…

Graham Connelly was kissing her. She would never have believed it. Suspend disbelief and enjoy…

A car started up nearby. Swearing, Graham lifted his head and dropped his arms. Reeling, Margaret turned around quickly and slipped into her car. She turned the ignition with an unsteady hand, only wanting to escape with some semblance of normality. Graham knocked on her window and gestured for her to open up. His eyes were unreadable.

She opened the window, swallowed and looked at him. “You shouldn’t have done that.” She tried to sound offended.

“I know. You’re not even my type.”

“Not your type…” Margaret thought she was going to hyperventilate. “Why did you kiss me, then?”

“Hell if I know. Why did you kiss me back?”

“I did not kiss you back, and just for the record, you’re not my type either,” she snarled, and backed her car up. He followed. Seconds before she drove away, he bent down again.

“You kissed me back. Enthusiastically, I might add. Do you think it was because of the ‘spark’ you talked about? I’d really like to hear your opinion. You’re the specialist in this area.”

“I did not. You…you…there was no spark. I have no idea what you’re talking about.” Margaret pressed her foot on the accelerator.

Can you see what I mean? That's the kiss I want. You can get LOVE, IN WRITING for yourself and read all about the two authors who are fighting amongst each other and fighting against their hearts.

BLURB:

A hardcore Science Fiction writer and a softhearted romance novelist clash on the sunny South African coast...

Margaret Parker is a hopeless romantic whose fantasies fuel her writing. For Graham Connelly, science fiction is the perfect genre to express his cynical worldview. A chance meeting in a lift leaves them both interested and aroused — with no clue as to the other's identity.

Margaret has been looking for a face to match her new fictional hero — and Graham's is it. Graham has been looking for proof that innocence and optimism still exist — and he's found it in Margaret. But fantasy isn't reality, and both Margaret and Graham are used to controlling their fictional worlds. Can they step off the pages long enough to find their own happy-ever-after?

She writes romance. He science fiction. A relationship seems unlikely, can love find a way?

 About the Author:
Elsa has been reading love stories for as long as she can remember and when she ‘met’ the classic authors like Jane Austen, Elizabeth Gaskell, Henry James The Brontë sisters, etc. during her English Honours studies, she was hooked for life.

She married her college boyfriend and soul mate and after 45 years, 3 interesting and wonderful children and 4 beautiful grandchildren, they are now fortunate to live in the picturesque little seaside village of Betty's Bay, South Africa.

She likes the heroines in her stories to be beautiful, feisty, independent and headstrong.  And the heroes must be strong but possess a generous amount of sensitivity. They are of course, also gorgeous!  Her stories typically incorporate the family background of the characters to better understand where they come from and who they are when we meet them in the story.

Could You Fall for Your Best Friend? #coverreveal

1/11/2021

Picture
Friends to lovers is a common romance trope. People in close contact often have feelings which spill over. After all, you know that person intimately. But you also know that person intimately- warts and all!

Even with that being said, I've been in love with my best friend. Sadly, it didn't work out but our friendship lasted. All in all, that was more important to me.

Suze Robinson has an amazing romance with her latest book, THE FRIENDSHIP EQUATION. Two good friends suddenly realize they might have feelings more than friendship but their timing is bad.

THE FRIENDSHIP EQUATION will release on Feb. 16th in ebook and print. Be sure you preorder your copy today!

Blurb:
What happens when you fall for your best friend just in time to lose her?

Molly is a pastry chef with a dedicated path to running a kitchen in New York to escape the looming shadow of never being enough in her father’s kitchen.

Adam is a math teacher with a commitment to his family and their small seaside hometown. Leaving home just isn’t something he can do; not when so many people rely on him.

They are roommates and best friends who were always together... until things shift out of the friend zone. Once they find out their time together is limited, and an undeniable chemistry is unleashed, how will they figure out how to move forward as just friends?

Sexy Bad Boys are all the Rage! #At_All #new_release

1/4/2021

Picture
Who doesn't like a bad boy? You know the type...the guy who is more likely to treat you like he doesn't value you...the guy who all the girls lust after and he looks.

We all have things for bad boys but what we really want is a redeemed bad boy. One who has tasted all the freedoms but found out that what he really wanted was one woman to love and cherish (if only we are that woman). The guy who has tattoos and a dangerous air about him, maybe longish hair and a strong chin or washboard abs but who doesn't spend hours at the gym or in the bathroom in front of the mirror because he'd rather make you breakfast in bed.

Mindy McKinley has created a reformed bad boy in Seb Adams. He's been there and done that, traveling the world as a famous musician but is finally ready for his one true love...and I'm not talking about his saxaphone!

Blurb:
Her life is uncomplicated. He’s about to turn it upside down with a single kiss.

Growing up as the daughter of a world-famous violinist has had its drawbacks for Maelie Barre. After spending most of her life trying to build a name for herself separate from her father’s, she finally has her dream job as a respected violin teacher. With a pedagogy book in the works, everything seems to be falling into place until an incredibly hot saxophonist moves into the studio next to hers.

Sebastian Adams is struggling. After an epic, alcohol-infused fall from grace as the best tenor saxophonist in the country, he finds himself teaching private lessons back home in Chicago until he can prove he’s recovered. To his shock, teaching is not the walk in the park he thought it would be and when his tightly wound studio neighbor starts appearing in his dreams, he is certain he’s finally lost it.

A couple of arguments and an unexpectedly hot kiss later, they can’t deny their attraction. But can Maelie let Seb turn her quiet life upside down? And how far will Seb go to keep her in his arms?

EXCERPT:
She looked at him. “I suppose I should thank you.”

“I mean, you could say I was a hero, getting you home safely and all,” he answered with a grin.

“I guess.” She caught his eyes in a way that made his stomach pull. “If you take out the revenge and blackmail, it was almost a nice evening.”

He laughed. “Almost?”

She held up her gloved forefinger and thumb to indicate a small amount. “Almost.”

“I’ll take that as a win.”

“You would.”

Jesus, this woman and her mouth. With a shake of his head, he did the only thing he could think to do in response, he slipped one of his hands up across her cheek, tilted her face toward his, and kissed her as he had wanted to since he’d met her.

She gasped in surprise at first but then melted into the moment with a moan that hardened him instantly. He deepened the kiss, drawing his tongue slowly across hers, the friction rolled through him in waves. Jesus, she tasted good. Before long, both of his hands were on her, pulling her closer, savoring every bit of her.

She opened to him, surprising him with an urgency that matched his own. His breath was gone, and when she brushed her gloved fingers against his jaw, he felt dizzy.

He broke away from her, utterly out of breath a few minutes later, and just gazed into her big brown eyes. They were searching his for answers, explanations. But he didn’t have any. Instead he ran his thumb over her kiss-pink lips and said softly, “Come on, I’ll walk you to your door.”

She pressed those lips together and looked as if she was going to say something but thought better of it and shook her head. “You don’t have to.” She moved to unbuckle her belt, effectively breaking the spell they had been in.

“I know.”

She turned to him with an expression he couldn’t quite read. “This was not a date.”

“I know,” he repeated, reaching out to brush a hair from her cheek. “And that was not a kiss.”
