My Review:

Do you like vampire romances? What about mysteries? Fire and Ash is sure to be a hit. The vampires are very different than your ordinary vampires. Ash is twisted and comes off as controlling. He’s the alpha vamp and leads all the vampires across the country. He makes the rules and is the law. When he finds a woman that he can’t live without, he’s merciless in pursuing her.

Sami needed a change after finding her fiance in bed with another woman. Escaping to Florida, she gets hired by Ash and their tumultuous romance begins. There are many other exciting characters in the story as well. I’m assuming from the first book but since I didn’t read it, I can only guess. 

Ms. Gail does a nice job of hooking you with the story. Each character was interesting but Ash is deadly. He frightened me at times and certainly I wouldn’t be able to live with him! Death, murder, love and passion abound as Ash sets out to train Sami to be his woman. But what Sami doesn’t know will kill her.

If you like unique vampire stories that have you on the edge of your seat, Fire and Ash is for you. As I mentioned, this is book two in the Immortal Touch series. I didn’t have to read the first book to enjoy it but am certainly looking forward to reading it.
